ZOOOOOM - Info for Parents

Mums and Dads - this friday June 5th @ 6.30pm is a ZOOOOOM session - We are changing it up a bit and this week is .......... Onsie ZOOOOM night- so wear you best Onsie and it will be show and tell with your Pet and we will eat our dinner together (virtually) at 7.15pm, We have a great night planned with plenty of games and we are just so excited for you to join us - we miss your smiley happy faces

Here are the ZOOOOOOM Rules& meeting info

 All children are to be wearing modest and appropriate clothing (or a Onsie) that they would normally wear to WAVES

 All leaders to ensure they are wearing their WAVES shirt in meetings

 All children are only to use Zoom meeting with their parent/guardian’s permission

 All children are to be in a public area of the house (not in their bedrooms) during meetings

 Zoom Meetings will only happen when there are 2 or more leaders present in the “zoom room”

 Language is to be appropriate at all times.

 Any member of team meets can be locked out if inappropriate behaviour or language occurs.

 When in Zoom Meetings, backgrounds should be minimal eg a curtain or wall, blurred, or a virtual background used.

 Chat function to be disabled

 All participants to maintain confidentiality and all other WAVES rules eg. Quiet when a leader is talking

 All microphones to be muted when not talking
